The City of Macon is seeking engineering services for the demolition of an existing facility, enrollment in Missouri Department of Natural Resources Brownfield/Voluntary Cleanup Program, obtain completion letter for unrestricted use and construction of a parking lot within the city limits of Macon. The City will contract with a qualified engineering firm to include preparation of a preliminary engineering report, all design plans, implementation and completion of demolition and parking lot construction. Services shall be performed in accordance with all local, State, and Federal laws, regulations, and executive orders applicable to Federal programs.

The complete submittal, consisting of 1 original and 3 physical copies and 1 thumb drive or CD, must be in a sealed package, clearly marked RFQ 2021.5.1 and delivered to Attn: Avis Marshall, City Administrator, City of Macon, 106 W. Bourke, Macon, MO 63552, by no later than 12:00 p.m., June 18, 2021. Submittals received after this deadline will not be considered.
