The City of Macon is seeking bids from qualified licensed entities to provide construction
repairs to the Round House Structure as specified in the contract documents. Bids will
be received until 12:00 PM, December 21, 2023 at the office of the City Clerk, City of
Macon, and then at said office publicly opened and reviewed at 4:00 PM, December 21,
2023 and then be submitted to the City Council for contract award at the January 2024
regular meeting.

When Prevailing Wage rates are applicable to work. Annual Wage Order No.30 shall
govern rates paid.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
The City of Macon reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, in whole or in part, and
to waive any informality in any bid when such action is determined to be in the best
interest of the City and consistent with competitive bidding requirements.
