A Building Permit Application for new construction should be submitted for all new residential dwelling, commercial building, and detached accessory structure construction. No work may begin prior to issuance of a permit and may be subject to a Macon Planning and Zoning Hearing if it is determined that any portion of the application requires a variance or special use.
